Our Mission & Philosophy
Flight College is a structured aviation training program built to develop professional pilots through real-world experience, disciplined fundamentals, and high training standards from the very beginning. Our approach emphasizes not only how to fly, but how to think, adapt, and make sound decisions in dynamic operating environments.
Students at Flight College train in conditions that reflect the realities of professional aviation. In addition to traditional paved runway operations, training includes grass runway operations that develop precise aircraft control, energy management, and situational awareness. Our program also incorporates true upset and recovery training, giving students practical experience recognizing, managing, and recovering from abnormal attitudes and unexpected scenarios in a controlled training environment.
By exposing students to a wider range of operational challenges, Flight College develops confident, capable pilots who are prepared for what comes next. The goal is not simply to log hours or pass checkrides, but to build skill, judgment, and confidence that carry forward throughout a pilot’s career.

Peter
Director
Our Director brings over 35 years of flying experience and, after serving in the military, built a career in the technical training industry before owning several companies in the highly regulated medical device development field. Peter’s diverse experience and leadership helped shape the Flight College program, with the goal of developing confident, capable, and highly skilled aviators prepared for long, successful careers on the flight deck.
Phillip
General Manager
As an American Airlines pilot flying the Boeing 737, Phillip brings experience in flight training, airline operations, and pilot recruitment. He previously served as a Captain and Pilot Recruiter at Envoy Air, giving him firsthand insight into every stage of the pilot development pipeline. As Flight College Manager, he focuses on building a structured, professional training environment that prepares students for long-term success. His goal is to develop confident, skilled, and disciplined pilots who stand out well beyond FAA minimums.
Liam
Lead Instructor
As a flight instructor, Liam brings a strong depth of knowledge and a genuine commitment to helping his students succeed. Previously a martial arts instructor, he is experienced in guiding students through high-intensity situations and working with a wide range of learning styles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation and has extensive experience in upset recovery and aerobatics. As Liam continues to develop his own knowledge and skills, his focus is on helping students build confidence, discipline, and proficiency in the cockpit.
